Use multiple accounts at the same time with a supporting profile. Name assigned DDI numbers so you can see whether a customer called Reception, Sales or another business line.
Reach colleagues by extension. Transfer a call directly, or speak to the recipient before handing it over. Available options depend on the provider’s PBX configuration.
With a recording-enabled profile, save a call from its controls or choose automatic recording in Settings. Automatic recording starts off. Play, copy or delete recordings from call history.
A provider’s startup QR code or link carries account settings for you to review. Managed accounts can keep the password hidden and include a recording policy set by the provider.
